The owners of Advanced Paving are Perry Box and Hoby Johnson. Both are natives of the area that have owned and operated several successful businesses. Both enjoy spending time with their families and their many hobbies.

Advanced Paving has been open since 2003, starting out with one dump truck and a few pieces of equipment to having a whole fleet of company trucks today.

Also, what makes Advanced Paving so wonderfully unique are the employees we call family. It’s hard to give them the credit they deserve. During peak season, our crew works from dawn until dusk in the summer heat, but they are a committed group that truly feels like a family. They truly strive to make sure our customers are happy.

Eddie Palumbo, our foreman, has been with the company since 2007. He is a huge asset on our paving jobs and during the off season he helps to maintain our trucks and equipment.

Corey Blum is a lead that always gets the job done correctly. He is an amazing customer liaison and has been with the company since 2017.

Adam Butler is a paver and also helps bid on jobs. He has been with the company since 2018.

Travis Tegels and Tyler Clinkenbeard are also a huge part of the hard-working paving team and have been with the company for many years.

Parker Blubaugh and Brandon Box both started working full-time since they graduated high school. We look forward to their growth and many years with us.

Kenny Maier, Kris Sandgren, Monte Riddle, and DeWayne Jenkins are all dump truck operators with many decades of experience.

Advanced Paving proudly supports many local school programs and charity golf tournaments. We also enjoy sponsoring local sporting events.
