About Us
Advanced Paving is owned by father and son Perry and Brandon Box. Both are natives of the area that have owned and operated several successful businesses. Both enjoy spending time with their family and their many other hobbies.
Advanced Paving has been open since 2003, starting out with one dump truck and a few pieces of equipment to having a whole fleet of company trucks today.
Also, what makes Advanced Paving so wonderfully unique are the employees we call family. It’s hard to give them the credit they deserve. During peak season, our crew works from dawn until dusk in the summer heat, but they are a committed group that truly feels like a family. They truly strive to make sure our customers are happy.
Eddie Palumbo, our foreman, has been with the company since 2007. He is a huge asset on our paving jobs and during the off season he helps to maintain our trucks and equipment.
Corey Blum is a lead that always gets the job done correctly. He is an amazing customer liaison and has been with the company since 2017.
Adam Butler is a paver screed operator and also helps bid on jobs. He has been with the company since 2018.
Travis Tegels and Joe Palumbo are also a huge part of the hard-working paving team and have been with the company for many years.
Brandon Box has started working full-time since he graduated from high school. We look forward to his growth and leadership for many years.
Andrew Shutters is our hard-working lead mechanic and also works on the paving crew.
Austin Howerton is a young man who works on the paving crew and isn’t afraid of hard work.
Lane Ellingsworth is another hard-working paving crew member who is committed to making sure the job gets done correctly.
Monte Riddle, Kris Sandgren, Jim Braswell and Sam Box are all dump truck operators with many decades of experience.
Shawna Lacy is our hard-working and committed secretary. She started in 2021 and has many years of experience.
Advanced Paving proudly supports many local school programs and charity golf tournaments. We also enjoy sponsoring local sporting events.
